Hillary Biller

Hillary Biller has been writing about food and wine for close on 40 years. She has authored 10 cookery books and been the recipient of the prestigious Galliova Award and twice named South Africa’s food writer of the year. She has filmed three TV series for the Home Channel and been a regular guest of radio shows. She was Angela Day, food editor, at The Star newspaper for 11 years and established the Angela Day kitchen in 2002. Hillary joined the Sunday Times as their very first food editor in January 2009 writing in the Travel & Food supplement. She went on to establish the Sunday Times Food Weekly, the very first stand- alone food supplement for the newspaper. She joined forces with her former colleague Janine to start HillBilly & Nine in 2022.
