Justice Edwin Cameron

Justice Edwin Cameron is a former Justice of the Constitutional Court of South Africa and was appointed Inspecting Judge of Correctional Services on 6 January 2020 after 25 years’ service as a Judge. Rebecca Gore is a Research Associate at the Centre for Law and Society. Rebecca was the legal researcher for the Inspecting Judge of the Judicial Inspectorate for Correctional Services, Justice Cameron, and a law clerk at the Constitutional Court. Sohela Surajpal is a legal researcher at South Africa’s prisons’ oversight body, the Judicial Inspectorate for Correctional Services.
