Dr. Njabulo James Nkosi is a speaker, author, and leadership mentor whose work bridges faith, purpose, and performance. With over a decade of experience leading projects and people across Africa and beyond, he helps individuals and organizations disrupt themselves, raise standards, and embrace personal accountability. He has been featured in Entrepreneurs Herald, SABC, and multiple publications.

He earned his Doctor of Ministry in 2024 and has served for the past decade at Rivers Sandton, primarily in Kids Ministry. A Rhodes University graduate, he holds an Information Systems Honours degree with Distinction.
