I run a business supplying Luxury guest Linen, towels and other hospitality items to some of South Africa’s most luxurious hotels and guest lodges. Two years ago, after struggling to find high quality guest linen at an affordable price for my own guest house, one of my team mates offered me the opportunity to purchase fine linen at cost from a South African factory owned by her family. This became a business which became Styal Luxury Guest Classics. Working in the Hospitality Sector I feel it my duty and obligation to make a difference to our planet so I make sure that my business is Plastic free. In addition, we only source from suppliers which support local communities towards creating work and improving their own lives and that of their families. We keep it local and plastic free, because we can.

In my spare time I compete Regionally, Provincially, Nationally and Internationally for Team RSA in Modern Pentathlon. I managed to get a spot on the South African Modern Pentathlon team in 2013 and have kept it up since then, competing in Portugal, USA, Ireland, Spain, Hungary and in our own Cape Town International Stadium. Its hard work and gets harder as one gets older but I am passionate about it and have found a family in the teams on the International circuit. We meet at the various events every year – somewhere in the world. (IF I qualify for the SA Team!)

I love Trail running too and feel incredibly lucky to have Table Mountain in my own back yard.
