Bonnie Espie

Bonnie Espie lives in the village of Stanford in the Western Cape with two rescued lurchers. She writes fiction about ordinary characters who do dark things for the right reasons. Bonnie has been writing for many years, but only now, in her retirement, does she have the luxury of fictionalising and fantasising about committing perfect crimes. Her latest novel Lifting The Lid is the darkly comedic sequel to the well-received 2025 debut Making A Killing.
